OpenAI-compatible · built on Whitechain · testnet
Sellers list spare capacity on open-weight models. Buyers get one endpoint that routes each request to the cheapest healthy offer, and pay from an escrow on Whitechain whose spending cap they set themselves.
Off-chain figures from the API's request log. On-chain metrics, verifiable on the explorer

How it works
Every price you see is all-in: seller price plus a 5% platform fee. Money is counted in integers end to end. Prices are $ per 1M tokens, comparable with list prices. On the testnet they are paid in ITC, which counts as one test dollar and has no monetary value; balances, spend and earnings are shown in ITC.
One OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Every request is routed to the cheapest healthy offer for that model.
Serve open-weight models from your own vLLM, Ollama or SGLang box and list them at your price.
Usage is metered in integer µITC (millionths of an ITC) and settled in batches by the MarketEscrow contract on Whitechain.
Settlement
Buyer funds sit in the MarketEscrow contract on Whitechain Sepolia, not in our database. The contract is designed so that the operator can only settle within limits the buyer and the contract set. It is testnet software and has not been audited.
Settled in ITC (Inferit Test Credit), a 6-decimal faucet token with no value: 1 ITC counts as one test dollar.
Read from the contract just now. Every address opens on the Whitechain explorer.
Trust
Order book privacy
Typical: Public order book exposes seller wallets, endpoint URLs and per-offer volume.
Inferit: Public endpoints show aggregated price levels only: price, offer count, capacity. Settlement itself is public on-chain.
Seller payouts
Typical: Payout address can be changed with an API key, so a leaked key redirects earnings.
Inferit: The escrow is designed so only the seller's own wallet sets its payout address. No API key can change it.
Operator authority
Typical: Operator can pull from buyer balances without a hard on-chain bound.
Inferit: Operator can settle at most each buyer's remaining cap, limited by a per-window circuit breaker; operator changes wait a 24h timelock; the owner is a 2-of-3 Safe.
Supply legitimacy
Typical: Grey resale of upstream API keys whose terms forbid it.
Inferit: Self-hosted open weights by default; licences checked; upstream-key resale gated by an allowlist (empty by default).
Change the base URL and the key. That is the whole migration for OpenAI-compatible clients.
