Testnet demo on Whitechain Sepolia: test tokens (ITC) only, no real money. Requests are served by a real open-weight model on the founder's machine when it is online, otherwise by a demo seller that returns canned responses.
Inferit

Claude Code

Claude Code speaks the Anthropic Messages API. Inferit speaks the OpenAI Chat Completions API. So Claude Code does not work with Inferit directly yet.

Status: roadmap

/anthropic/v1/messages exists only as a stub that returns 501 Not Implemented. The Anthropic-compatible "skin" (request/response translation, streaming events, tool-use mapping) is on the roadmap.

What works today

  • Coding agents that accept an OpenAI-compatible provider: OpenCode, Cursor, and anything built on the OpenAI SDK.
  • If you must use Claude Code now, an Anthropic-to-OpenAI translation proxy that you run yourself can sit between Claude Code and Inferit. We do not ship, test or support one; behaviour such as tool use and streaming events depends entirely on that proxy.

What it will look like

When the skin ships, configuration will be two environment variables:

bash
# Once the Anthropic skin ships (not available yet):
export ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL=https://api-production-c74b9.up.railway.app/anthropic
export ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN="$INFERIT_API_KEY"
claude

Claude-branded models are not served on Inferit: sellers list open-weight models they host themselves. Expect the skin to map Claude Code onto open-weight coding models in the catalog.
